How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@contodopress.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. but your shipment will be subject to international shipping rates. For international orders email us directly at orders@contodopress.com 

Track My Order

You will receive a shipping tracking number on your email after your order has been shipped. Orders for books take around 3 to 5 business days. If you do not receive your tracking number, please email us orders@contodopress.com and we will provide the tracking information
